ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE – AP
JOB ROLE
- Maintaining high level customer service in accordance with the SLA and provide consistent, timely and accurate delivery of accounts payable service to clients through managing and conducting daily operational activities.
- Maintain the records of accounts payable by filling all source documents and system generated reports and prepare reports and other documentation for management when requested.
- Creditors file maintenance, monthly reconciliation and other relevant duties.
- Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) of tasks of AP team.
QUALIFICATION
- Reading for a professional/ academic qualification – ICASL, CIMA or ACCA.
- Experience in MS office package is a prerequisite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical & time schedules.
- The applicant should have a minimum 1 year experience.
- Candidate who are from western province preferred.
