What you will do:
- Assist the Manager — Production to ensure plant targets are met as per customer standards and production plan
- Handle customer complaints/issues promptly and provide solutions to problem situations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/their representatives and other departments
- Drive optimum workforce productivity while keeping teams motivated and ensuring compliance
Ideal profile:
- Bachelors Degree in Production / Engineering or related field
- Be technically competent to work together with the rest of the Technical teams in identifying and finding solutions to the problems faced in the manufacturing process
- Possess excellent communication skills to co-ordinate with the customer and cross-functional departments
