PROJECT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure projects.
- Support project implementation activities related to:
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 solutions
- Server and virtualization platforms
- Storage and backup solutions
- Network and data center infrastructure
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, and milestones.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Assist with project resource planning and coordination.
- Support project handover documentation and customer sign-off processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Participate in customer meetings and implementation, discussions when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or IT infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Basic understanding of: Microsoft Azure, MWP and On-Prem IT Infrastructure
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of project management practices and methodologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, or similar project management tools is beneficial.

- Exposure - cloud migration or infrastructure deployment projects.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
