In line with our expansion and growing market demand, we are looking for a dynamic, and results-oriented Professional to join our team in the following position:
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Company's day-to-day operations
- Manage and drive the performance of the national sales force to achieve business targets
- Oversee general management functions across sales, operations, administration, and support functions
- Ensure effective execution of business strategies and operational plans
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability
- Take ownership of delivering the Company's strategic objectives and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Agriculture, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of managerial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Prior experience in Sales Force Management and Financial Management will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and people management skills
- Ability to drive performance and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Agriculture sector
- Below 45 years of age
