We are on the look for: Accounts & Administration Supervisor (Full time)
Responsibilities
- 1- Manage day to day book keeping and accounting work including Cash Book, General ledger, periodic reports, receivables and payables and bank reconciliation and preparation of final accounts.
- 2- Monitor and control cost on budgets approved by the committee.
- 3- Coordinate with outsourced contractors and make timely payments ensuring the service quality.
- 4- Provide useful information to residents with regard to service fees and other related matters.
- 5- Preparation of power point presentations for the monthly committee meeting
- 6- Managing the staff in an effective manner.
Experience
- 1- Previous work experience in accounting.
- 2- Microsoft word, excel and soft IT skills.
- 3- Proficiency in English and Sinhala
NOTE: Pensioners may also apply, if they meet the above requirements and are in good health.
Salary : Negotiable
