Payroll Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
- Assist in statutory payment calculations and payroll reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll reports and support payroll audits.
- Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Skills and Experience Required
- Academic background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Previous work experience in administration or Human Resources.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll-related regulations will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
