Payroll Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Payroll Assistant on a Fixed-Term Contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in payroll administration while working in a professional and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
  • Assist in statutory payment calculations and payroll reconciliations.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support payroll audits.
  • Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Academic background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous work experience in administration or Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll-related regulations will be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
