- Lead daily IT support, ensure system uptime
- Drive fast incident & request resolution
- Manage escalations, coordinate teams/vendors
- Apply ITIL-based service processes
- Monitor SLAs/KPIs
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IT governance & security standards
- Degree in IT or related field
- 6–8 years IT support/service role
- Strong ITSM / ITIL knowledge
- Hands-on with systems, networks, DBs, security
- Analytical, strong communication & coordination skills
