  • Lead daily IT support, ensure system uptime
  • Drive fast incident & request resolution
  • Manage escalations, coordinate teams/vendors
  • Apply ITIL-based service processes
  • Monitor SLAs/KPIs
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance & security standards
  • Degree in IT or related field
  • 6–8 years IT support/service role
  • Strong ITSM / ITIL knowledge
  • Hands-on with systems, networks, DBs, security
  • Analytical, strong communication & coordination skills
