The Opportunity
As we aggressively expand our four-wheel dealer network and infrastructure footprint across Sri Lanka, we are looking for a sharp, driven professional to take ownership of our network growth and project execution as Manager / Assistant Manager – Network & Projects (Four Wheeler Division).
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the heart of our expansion engine. You will not be executing someone else's playbook — you will be helping write it.
What You'll Own
- Network Development & Expansion
- Design and execute dealer network expansion strategies aligned with aggressive business growth targets
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential dealer partners based on market opportunity and Evolution Auto's standards
- Lead market studies, territory mapping, and network gap analysis to ensure strategic coverage nationwide
- New Dealer Appointment
- Own the end-to-end dealer appointment process: identification, evaluation, financial and operational assessment, proposal preparation, agreement execution, and operational readiness
- Ensure new partners are set up for success from day one
- Dealer Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary bridge between Evolution Auto and our growing four-wheel dealer network
- Drive resolution of operational, commercial, and infrastructure challenges with speed and precision
- Conduct dealer meetings, performance audits, and ongoing evaluations to maintain network excellence
- Project Management
- Lead critical infrastructure projects including new showroom and workshop setups, renovations, upgrades, and expansion initiatives
- Own timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder alignment from kickoff to completion
- Premises Planning & Compliance
- Review and approve layouts, drawings, and infrastructure plans
- Ensure full compliance with brand Corporate Identity (CI), operational, and safety standards
- Oversee fit-outs, renovations, and periodic compliance audits across the network
- Reporting & Documentation
- Deliver sharp, accurate reporting on dealer performance, network expansion progress, and project milestones
- Maintain meticulous records of agreements, approvals, and premises documentation
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- 2–5 years of experience in automotive network development, dealer operations, or infrastructure / project management
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- A qualification in Automotive Engineering is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Proven project management and cross-functional coordination ability
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — you can hold a room and hold a deadline
- Negotiation instincts and a creative problem-solving mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Working knowledge of four-wheel dealership setup, workshop operations, and after-sales service standards
Preferred
- Experience with multi-brand or EV networks
- Familiarity with Sri Lanka's local regulatory and infrastructure landscape
- Willingness — and enthusiasm — to travel frequently across Sri Lanka
