DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and provide management with accurate analytics and improvement suggestions.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Run paid digital campaigns and monitor performance using analytics tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age below 40 years.
- Previous experience in sales or client relationship management (construction industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to create digital artwork aligned with company marketing objectives.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of paid advertising, content creation, graphic design tools, and video editing.
