Associate Branch Operations - Colombo

JOB PROFILE
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process of the branch in line with internal SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the timely nomination of sales staff for IRCSL examinations.
- Manage the branch receiving requirements accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
- Prepare sales performance reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding medical pending and technical requirements.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (both written and verbal).
- Diploma, Professional Qualification, or higher educational qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector will be an added advantage.
