Junior System Administrator
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to support and maintain our IT infrastructure, systems, and daily technical operations. If you enjoy troubleshooting, managing user support, monitoring systems, and working with an IT team, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal users and clients.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in administering and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, network performance, and internet services.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and technical processes.
- Support IT audits, compliance activities, and security initiatives.
- Assist in implementing new IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, monitoring, and update activities.
Requirements & Skills
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Understanding of information security best practices and IT security controls.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work out of office hours and be on call during weekends.
- Ability to respond promptly to system issues.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and support activities when required.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
