Secretary - AGOC Office

Location: Veyangoda

Asset Group of Companies (AGOC) is seeking a dynamic, organized, and professional individual to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support while ensuring the smooth coordination of office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, site visits, and other official engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain filing systems, document control, and letter traceability.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a secretarial, executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command of English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Experience supporting senior management will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or project-based organizations will be an added advantage.
