Secretary - AGOC Office
Location: Veyangoda
Asset Group of Companies (AGOC) is seeking a dynamic, organized, and professional individual to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support while ensuring the smooth coordination of office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, site visits, and other official engagements.
- Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Maintain filing systems, document control, and letter traceability.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a secretarial, executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Experience supporting senior management will be an added advantage.
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or project-based organizations will be an added advantage.
