HEAD OF ENGINEER
Nawaloka Hospitals PLC, Colombo is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage our Engineering Department with excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age above 40
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of hospital engineering systems, equipment and maintenance management.
- Proven leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety, health and regulatory standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Engineering Department to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of all building services, medical equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and engineering policies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, resources and vendor relationships effectively.
- Provide technical leadership and support to achieve organizational goals.
