We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Panagoda Factory.
Production Supervisor (Panagoda Factory)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and workforce.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with stores, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Prepare daily production reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
