INOAC Polymer Lanka, a member of the globally renowned INOAC Group, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality polyurethane foam products serving both local and international markets. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven professional to join our PU Flexible Foam Manufacturing Facility in the following position.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory-scale PU flexible foam foaming trials in accordance with approved formulations and procedures.
  • Prepare, test, and evaluate foam samples for relevant quality parameters.
  • Accurately weigh, mix, and handle PU raw materials while adhering to laboratory protocols.
  • Record, analyze, and maintain test results and laboratory documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and uphold cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards.
  • Provide support to R&D and production teams during product trials, process optimization, and troubleshooting activities as required.
  • Assist in investigating quality – related issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor compliance with laboratory safety, housekeeping, and quality management procedures.
  • Assist in the effective implementation and ongoing compliance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management system requirements across operational activities.

Qualifications Required

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Technology, or a related scientific field.
  • Prior hands-on experience in laboratory-scale manufacturing, product testing, and quality evaluation will be considered an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong practical laboratory skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. (Candidates should ideally be between 22 and 30 years of age).
