Junior Propagandist / Propaganda Executive

Job Role:

  • Create awareness through promotional activities and generate leads to build the business.
  • Develop and maintain a data base of leads generated through promotional activities organized by the company (through branches).
  • Develop and implement propaganda and promotional campaigns that align with the company's brand strategy.
  • Assist in the creation of communication materials such as brochures, flyers, videos, and digital content.
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, media contacts, and vendors to ensure consistent and timely delivery of promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of promotional events, CSR initiatives, press conferences, exhibitions, and sponsorship activities.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment in communication strategies.
  • Handle administrative and logistical aspects related to promotional activities.

Job Pre-Requisites:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, brand promotion, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Sinhala & Tamil preferred.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design and digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
