AREA COACH
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Coach to oversee and support multiple business locations, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and achievement of business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support operations across assigned locations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams.
- Monitor performance against sales, service, and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding team members.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in operations, retail, hospitality, franchising, or multi-site management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, training, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
