Junior Executive - Non Motor Claims
Operations Division/Non Motor Claims Department
Job Role
- Supports claims processing, documentation, and customer inquiries.
- Reviews and processes non-motor insurance claims and assists with surveys and investigations.
- Manages claims related to property, liability, marine, and other non-motor insurance categories.
- Collaborates with policyholders and third parties to settle claims.
- Handles other matters related to non-motor claims.
Job Pre-Requisites
- Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level.
- Completion of professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with a minimum of 6 months of experience with adequate exposure in similar capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
