EXECUTIVE – HR & ADMIN

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate or Diploma in HRM / Management or related discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 01 years of Work Experience in similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good Oral and written communication skills in English & Sinhala, including the ability to draft letters in Sinhala.
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office Packages.
  • Outgoing personality with the highest level of loyalty.
  • Positive Attitude / Should be a good team player.

DUTIES

  • Engage in the Recruitment & On-boarding process.
  • Maintaining Employee accurate records, processing payroll inputs.
  • Maintaining the HRIS.
  • Administration of Personal Files.
  • Handling employee inquiries.
  • Assisting in Employee Performance Management.
  • Supporting the Development and Implementing of HR Policies.
  • Generating & Analyzing HR Reports.
  • Identifying, Coordinating and Supporting Training & Development Initiatives.
  • Engage in Boosting a positive workplace culture.
