JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate shall possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional HR Certification (CIPM) is essential.
- Minimum 05-07 years of professional experience, including at least 03 years in a managerial role preferably in similar capacity.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws and regulatory compliances.
- Proficiency in HRIS & tools, as well as MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks & priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Being a strong team player with leadership potential allows effective collaboration & guidance.
- Age should be above 35 years.
