We are looking for a Resident Manager at Amaya Resorts & Spas
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years' experience in operations within a star-class hotel or luxury resort, including at least 5 years in senior management roles in the Food & Beverage department.
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively and drive operational excellence.
Extensive experience in managing F&B operations, including menu development, cost control, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.
Demonstrated success in increasing profitability while maintaining high service standards.
