CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Asset Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and reporting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and budget compliance
- Coordinate site operations and supervise project teams
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
