Senior Executive / Executive - Export (Colombo)
The Job:
Responsible for coordinating export operations, managing customer orders, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining compliance with international trade requirements to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage export orders from confirmation to shipment.
- Prepare and verify export documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, production, and logistics teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with export regulations.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve export-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in apparel manufacturing.
- Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
