EXECUTIVE - PROGRAMME COORDINATION

REQUIREMENTS

  • Any degree or relevant Post-Graduate Qualification (in Education Management or Business Administration) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, monitoring and financial forecasting.
  • 2-3 year of experience in programme coordination or an academic/education-related field.
  • Proven ability to review and analyze academic and operational data (e.g. enrollment trends, completion rates, student feedback) to provide high-level strategic briefings to senior management.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, handle ambiguity and quickly adapt plans in response to unexpected challenges.
  • Proficiency in using Student Databases and advanced database/querying applications relevant to academic administration.
  • Experience in identifying, assessing and developing mitigation strategies for risks related to program schedules, resources and delivery quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
