Junior Cost Controller – Manufacturing Plant
Rancrisp is a trusted and well-known brand which has been successfully running for 45 years, having 3 processing factories with BRC, ISO quality certifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate and analyze daily production costs while monitoring the overall factory cost structure to ensure cost efficiency.
- Review, validate, and maintain the accuracy of daily production data and operational records.
- Monitor and analyze raw material price Movement and variances, providing timely insights to management.
- Regularly observe factory floor operations and manage plant-level expenses.
- Prepare and submit accurate, comprehensive, and timely daily and weekly management reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Part-qualified CA/CMA/AAT
- Minimum 1 year of FMCG sector costing-related experience is highly preferred.
- Prior experience of at least one year in an audit firm will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Energetic career starter, comfortable working on-site within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Below 25 years old.
