To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Manager and Assistant Manager to oversee daily resort operations.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a result-oriented, male hospitality professional with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other operational departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff productivity, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, handling complaints and special requests professionally.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Coordinate with department heads (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Maintenance, Spa) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and resort policies.
  • Prepare operational reports and assist in strategic planning.
  • Act as the key point of contact during duty shifts, resolving issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Gender: Male (as per operational requirement)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the hotel industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English (additional local language is an asset).
