Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and technical-minded individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators & Technicians. Selected candidates will work with advanced machinery, including CNC, EDM, Profile Grinding, and Surface Grinding machines.
Note for Freshers: Formal training will be provided by the company for Trainee Machine Operators. Prior experience is not mandatory for entry-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery (CNC, EDM, Profile Grinding, or Surface Grinding) as per instructions.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to perform machining operations accurately.
- Monitor the machining process and perform quality checks on finished components using measuring instruments.
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently while minimizing material wastage.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of assigned machines.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and workplace workshop guidelines.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level Pass.
- Special Consideration: Possession of an NVQ Level 4 qualification in Mechanical, Machining, or a relevant technical field will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to undergo technical training.
- Ability to understand technical instructions and engineering blueprints.
- Disciplined, hardworking, and able to work well within a team environment.
- Age between 18–30 years is preferred (for Trainee positions).
