HR Assistant | Junior Executive – Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support attendance, leave administration, and payroll-related functions.
  • Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

HR ASSISTANT

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in HR or administration is preferred.

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Diploma or partly qualified professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
