HR Assistant | Junior Executive – Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave administration, and payroll-related functions.
- Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
HR ASSISTANT
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in HR or administration is preferred.
JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES
- Diploma or partly qualified professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
