BELLAGIO Limited, one of the leading entertainment companies in Sri Lanka, is seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations, maintain the highest standards of food quality, and oversee kitchen management across our company.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise food preparation according to standard recipes and continually improve cuisine quality.
  • Develop menus and maintain accurate costing of all food items.
  • Ensure attractive food presentation and creative displays.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and sanitation.
  • Interact with guests and respond to feedback on food and service.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with departmental quality standards.
  • Enforce all kitchen safety and food hygiene procedures.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an international hospitality environment.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent Culinary Qualification.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping skills.
