ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact and create a positive experience for our clients and visitors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist clients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and manage inquiries, including outgoing calls.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
