MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Join Our Team!
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Brand and Marketing Executive to drive the growth and development of our expanding portfolio of Rice, Spices, Coconut Products in both the Sri Lankan and Export Markets. Our range of food products include Imported Basmati Rice and Pasta Brand too that is marketed in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and brand-building strategies to strengthen market presence and brand equity.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer relationships both in Sri Lanka and internationally.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to support sales growth and product development.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content and increasing brand visibility.
- Need to have a good sense to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, and export partners to achieve business objectives. Have a good knowledge on how a streamlined food distribution model work.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Marketing, Branding or Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG or food products,
- Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Experience in identifying and developing new customers and market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
- Good command of English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
