Senior Account Manager - Emerging Enterprise - Western

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving business success in the SME sector? Dialog Axiata is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead sales operations and customer engagement across key regional markets

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Drive sales acquisition and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
  • Promote Dialog's quad-play solutions to new and existing SME customers.
  • Ensure customer retention and loyalty through strategic engagement.
  • Conduct market research and report on sales performance.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to process improvements.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Education: GCE A/L (Degree in Sales/Marketing/Management is a plus)
  • Experience: 4–5 years in sales, preferably in telecom or enterprise solutions.
  • Skills: Strong communication in Sinhala, Tamil, and English; analytical thinking; customer-centric mindset; strategic sales acumen.
