Senior Executive Maintenance (Electrical)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the proper maintenance and efficient operation of plant Electrical and Automation systems to achieve performance targets through preventive, corrective and routine maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently. Troubleshooting and Problem-solving.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, checklists and reports through the SAP PM module.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for outsourced maintenance.
- Lead, train and supervise team members, ensuring discipline and consistent achievement of performance.
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management.
Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic field.
- Hands on more than 5-8 years' experience in Electrical/Automation maintenance related in manufacturing industry.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and teamwork.
- Computer Literacy relevant to the engineering side with CMMS (SAP).
- Experience in TPM, SAP PM module will be additional advantage.
Preference will be given to the candidates who can join immediately and live in Gampaha area.
