Financial BPO Roles (US/Canada Accounts) - Full-time

MAC Projects is hiring for a growing financial BPO team supporting premier principal clients in the US and Canada. We are looking to fill two critical positions:

Position 1: Team Lead – Accounting & Bookkeeping

n
    n
  • Role: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bookkeepers while acting as the primary point of contact for North American client stakeholders.
  • n
  • Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with 2+ years as a BPO Team Lead handling overseas accounts.
  • n
  • Skills: Strong leadership, client management, and deep knowledge of US GAAP / Canadian accounting standards (preferred).
  • n
n

Position 2: Bookkeeper

    n
  • Role: Handle end-to-end bookkeeping functions, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • n
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience, ideally within a BPO or shared services environment.
  • n
  • Skills: High attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • n

Core Requirements for Both Roles

  • Tech: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite, and advanced Excel.
  • n
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • n
  • Flexibility: Ability to work late shifts to overlap with North American business hours (at least two hours).
