VACANCY – SALES EXECUTIVE
We are a rapidly growing women's clothing brand seeking a Dynamic, commercially-driven Sales Executive to lead our brand into the local market. In this role, you will seamlessly blend strategy and execution to elevate our collections across local retail, wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed monthly and Annual sales targets
- Introduce new product ranges, promotions, and seasonal collections to customers.
- Negotiate orders, pricing, and payment terms with customers
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding orders, stock availability, and deliveries
- Ensure timely recovery and collection of payments (Cash/ Cheque)
- Prepare sales reports and market visit reports for management
- Identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in garments, fashion, textile
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in handling retailers, wholesale markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Sinhala and English is essential.
- Ability to speak Tamil will be considered as an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel island-wide frequently.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and email communication.
- Valid riding/driving license will be an added advantage.
