Job Responsibilities

  • Handle airline ticket reservations, reissuance, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Issue air tickets and travel-related service vouchers accurately and on time.
  • Handle ADMs/ACMs from airlines, obtain the required information from staff, and ensure invoices are processed on time.
  • Ability to handle refunds and liaise with airlines when necessary.
  • Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
  • Maintain accurate ticketing records and documentation.
  • Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification.
  • Previous experience in airline ticketing or the travel industry will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
