Job Responsibilities
- Handle airline ticket reservations, reissuance, cancellations, and amendments.
- Issue air tickets and travel-related service vouchers accurately and on time.
- Handle ADMs/ACMs from airlines, obtain the required information from staff, and ensure invoices are processed on time.
- Ability to handle refunds and liaise with airlines when necessary.
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
- Maintain accurate ticketing records and documentation.
- Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L qualification.
- Previous experience in airline ticketing or the travel industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
