GRAPHIC DESIGNER
WE ARE SEEKING A CREATIVE, PASSIONATE, AND DETAIL-ORIENTED GRAPHIC DESIGNER TO JOIN OUR MARKETING TEAM. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING VISUALLY APPEALING AND IMPACTFUL DESIGNS THAT STRENGTHEN THE ARPICO BRAND ACROSS DIGITAL, PRINT, AND IN STORE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design social media posts, digital advertisements, website banners, and email creatives.
- Create promotional materials including posters, flyers, leaflets, brochures, and catalogues.
- Develop in-store branding materials such as POSMs, shelf talkers, danglers, standees, and signage.
- Design campaign artwork for seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
- Prepare artwork files according to printing and production specifications.
- Edit and retouch images for marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Ensure all designs align with Arpico brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Category teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or advertising industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous creative work is mandatory.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Photography and photo editing skills.
- Animation and motion graphic design experience.
- Knowledge of social media content trends and digital marketing.
- Experience in retail campaign design and promotional communication.
