Business Development Executive – Project & Furniture Sales (Outbound)

We are hiring a results-driven salesperson to generate and close new business for our custom furniture manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new clients (contractors, developers, interior designers, homeowners)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities from initial contact to closing
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and continuous follow-ups
  • Present solutions and coordinate quotations with internal teams
  • Consistently secure new projects and orders

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in furniture/interior/project sales
  • Proven ability to generate business and close deals independently
  • Confident in client meetings, site visits, and relationship building
  • Good understanding of customized furniture solutions
  • Strong persistence and follow-up discipline
