Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Consistently achieving production goals & deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimizing Production Process to maximize output, minimize waste & reduce cost.
- Ensure products meet quality standards throughout the production process.
- Identify and implement improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generating regular reports on production performance, including key metrics & areas for improvement.
- Creating and implementing plans for the training and development of production staff.
Profile
- GCE advanced level Maths/science/IT stream.
- Have minimum of 1 year experience in field.
- Strong communication Skills in Sinhala and English.
- Exposure/ experience in handling ISO 9001 will be an added advantage
- Technically qualified in NVQ Level 4 Certification
Preference will be given to the candidates who can join immediately and live in close proximity to Kadawatha, Yakkala, Kalagedihena and Nittambuwa.
