Project Engineer - Civil (Location: Dankotuwa)
Are you an experienced Engineering Project Consultant with a passion for delivering innovative solutions? Do you thrive on managing complex projects and driving efficiency in engineering processes? If so, we want you to join our team on a contract basis!
The role entails:
- Project planning and design consultation such as Feasibility Studies, Compliance with industrial standards, facility and layout designs.
- Budget and cost management, which includes budget development and cost control.
- Project management coordination, scheduling work and overseeing constructions while addressing the risk.
- Sustainability and energy management.
- Implement and enforce the QA/QC system across all sites under your supervision, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Act as a liaison between contractors, designers and internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused results.
Who We Want
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
- 2+ years of proven progressive experience in construction project management or consultancy roles.
- This position will be offered on a contractual basis.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project), Building construction, geo technical and steel structural Engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
