1 General Manager / Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the national sales operation across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), HORECA, and Institutional channels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
  • Drive distributor performance, route-to-market effectiveness, and outlet coverage.
  • Build and strengthen key customer and trade relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the national sales team to deliver superior execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, collections, and market intelligence.
  • Based at Head Office with regular field travel across the country.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years' senior sales leadership experience in FMCG or Food Industry.
  • Proven track record in managing national sales operations.
  • Strong leadership, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.

2 Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, distribution, and market expansion within the assigned territory.
  • Improve product mix, outlet coverage, and execution standards.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Manage distributor performance and sales productivity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in FMCG sales supervision or territory management.
  • Strong people management and execution capabilities.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Valid driving licence preferred.

3 Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Sales Administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration of the national sales operation.
  • Manage SAP sales administration processes and reporting.
  • Coordinate sales team itineraries, attendance, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain sales dashboards, reports, incentives, and sales records.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration activities with HR.
  • Manage sales fleet administration, vehicle records, fuel, and related employee benefits.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in Sales Administration or Commercial Support.
  • Strong SAP and MS Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
