1 General Manager / Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the national sales operation across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), HORECA, and Institutional channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- Drive distributor performance, route-to-market effectiveness, and outlet coverage.
- Build and strengthen key customer and trade relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop the national sales team to deliver superior execution.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, collections, and market intelligence.
- Based at Head Office with regular field travel across the country.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years' senior sales leadership experience in FMCG or Food Industry.
- Proven track record in managing national sales operations.
- Strong leadership, commercial, and negotiation skills.
- Degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
2 Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth, distribution, and market expansion within the assigned territory.
- Improve product mix, outlet coverage, and execution standards.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Manage distributor performance and sales productivity.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in FMCG sales supervision or territory management.
- Strong people management and execution capabilities.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
3 Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Sales Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administration of the national sales operation.
- Manage SAP sales administration processes and reporting.
- Coordinate sales team itineraries, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Maintain sales dashboards, reports, incentives, and sales records.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration activities with HR.
- Manage sales fleet administration, vehicle records, fuel, and related employee benefits.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in Sales Administration or Commercial Support.
- Strong SAP and MS Excel knowledge.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
