Project Executive - Landscaping
- Degree or Diploma holder in Agriculture, Landscaping or construction related field.
- 03 years’ experience in the field.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes the projects allocated by the Project Coordinator in planning, organizing, and controlling.
- Jobs to be completed on time with approved quality.
- Supervising sub-contractors and staff.
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions
- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and monitoring and controlling performance
- Meets operational standards by contributing technical information to strategic plans and reviews implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer/ Client Satisfaction
- Resolving problems; identifying systems need to be implemented
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures
- Obtaining approvals from concern authorities prior to implement any budgetary activity
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment
- Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards
