RECEPTIONIST TELEPHONE OPERATOR

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/ Telephone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping others providing excellent customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Manage the main reception area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Distribute mail and packages as they arrive
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, as needed
  • Maintain and update filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong computer skills,
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
