Requirements
- 02+ years experience in travel bookings
- Strong customer service skills (English/Sinhala)
- Accurate with itineraries and pricing
- Knowledge of tour itinerary preparation
- Manage bookings & supplier coordination
- Monitor trips, handle changes
- Flexible, able to work night shifts
