Assistant Manager / Manager - Facility Management

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager / Manager Facility Management to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of company facilities. The role involves managing building services, utilities, maintenance activities, contractors, and facility improvement projects while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Age should be below 45 years.
  • Proven experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge in Lean Management, Kaizen & 5S concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and building services.
  • Manage contractors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor facility budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and facility improvement projects.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of utilities and infrastructure to support business operations.
