IMMEDIATE VACANCY AT P.T.C MEDICAL (PVT) LTD ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with taxation-related functions, including VAT, SSCL, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly accounts and management reports accurately and on time.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and maintain the accuracy of financial records.
  • Maintain the general ledger and support financial control procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management information reports.
  • Support the Finance Department in achieving reporting deadlines and operational objectives.
  • Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation, or a related field from a recognized university and/or part qualification from a recognized professional accounting body (CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or AAT).
  • Minimum of three years post qualifying experience in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in IRD, VAT, and other taxation-related matters will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
