QUANTITY SURVEYORS
We are a reputed construction company specializing in Road, Bridge, Harbor, Breakwater, Railway, Irrigation, Landslide Disaster Protection, and Water Supply Projects, and we are seeking highly competent and result-oriented Quantity Surveyors for our ongoing projects in Jaffna and Kilinochchi.
In addition, we are also seeking one Quantity Surveyor to be based at our Head Office in Orugodawatta, Colombo.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- NVQ Level 5 with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience or equivalent qualification.
- Competency in the correctly submission of monthly interim payment application ( Monthly bill – IPA).
- Preparing of monthly cash floor requirement of the project.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong task prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
